Well during the last lecture I have to say that I realised my mass customisation tool lacked some - finess. Specifically the example of Cate Reas's dresses, caused me to realise that I was providing the user with to many options for cutomisation; and while thats one way of working it's not a good method for; repeat business, image, style, recognisability, creating a brand. The mass customisation prototype system I produced was giving customers the ability to design their own bodyboard. This includes the basic template, dimensions, board specifications, design and the ability to personalize their board.
